At Huzaifa Durrani Shaheed Foundation (HDSF), we believe true success is measured not by wealth, but by the positive difference we make in people’s lives. Since our inception in 2023, HDSF has remained committed to serving humanity with sincerity, compassion, and transparency.
Our mission is to ensure access to basic necessities — clean drinking water, food, healthcare, and dignified living conditions. We install hand pumps and RO plants in underserved villages, distribute monthly ration packages, organize free dastarkhwan services, and provide warm clothes during winter for vulnerable families.We also honor our national heroes through the reconstruction of Shohdas’ graves at H-11 Graveyard, Islamabad, and have organized medical camps during the 2022 floods to support affected communities.
Looking ahead, our dream is to establish a state-of-the-art Burn Hospital in Pakistan with international standards comparable to Germany and Ireland, offering quality treatment to all, regardless of financial status. Huzaifa Durrani Shaheed Foundation (HDSF) mission is to provide sustainable & lasting solutions to all socio-economic & politico-religious problems faced by the society across the country.
Huzaifa Durrani Shaheed Foundation (HDSF) objective is to ensure that every citizen of the country should have an access to basic amenities of life including at least two meals a day, fair job opportunities, clean drinking water, respectable shelter, basic education, healthcare, protection against violence, free access to legal aid, women empowerment, gender equality, protection against child abuse etc

STATE-OF-THE-ART BURN HOSPITAL IN KARACHI
HUZAIFA DURRANI SHAHEED FOUNDATION
The establishment of a state-of-the-art Burn Hospital in the country is the dream and long-term objective of Huzaifa Durrani Shaheed Foundation (HDSF). This visionary project aims to build a modern, fully equipped burn care facility in Karachi that will provide advanced treatment, emergency response, surgical care, rehabilitation, and psychological support for burn victims.
The hospital is planned to meet international medical standards, with facilities and preparedness comparable to leading healthcare systems in countries such as Germany and Ireland. It will feature cutting-edge medical technology, specialized burn units, intensive care facilities, trained surgeons, and professional nursing staff dedicated exclusively to burn treatment and recovery.
Burn injuries are among the most painful and life-threatening medical emergencies. Unfortunately, access to specialized burn care in Pakistan remains limited. Through this project, HDSF aims to fill this critical gap by providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible treatment to patients regardless of their financial background.
This Burn Hospital will not only save lives but also restore hope, dignity, and confidence to survivors and their families. It represents a commitment to long-term healthcare development and a promise to serve humanity at the highest standard.

FREE DASTARKHWAN FOR POOR / NEEDY PEOPLE
Huzaifa Durrani Shaheed Foundation (HDSF) launched Free Dastarkhan on 15th August 2022
on the occasion of 1st Death Anniversary of Huzaifa Durrani at H-11 Graveyard Islamabad.
