Huzaifa Durrani Shaheed Foundation ( HDSF ), while responding to the general complaints of Southern Punjab regarding contaminated drinking water which spread diseases viz Hepatitis-C, Renal diseases, kidney diseases, intestinal and stomach diseases etc, Reverse Osmosis (RO)  Plant in Village HDSF established its Sawan Wala, Muzaffargarh 2021 which produced around 50 to 60 thousand litres 1st i n clean drinking water on daily basis. The success of first Reverse Osmosis Plant encouraged and motivated many Districts and Tehsils of Southern Punjab which started requesting HDSF to visit their villages and establish (RO) Plants. So-far, Huzaifa Durrani Shaheed Foundation (HDSF) has established 5 x Reverse Osmosis Plants in various villages of District Muzaffargarh including 2 x (RO) Plants in Mahmood Kot, 1 x (RO) Plant in Village Sawan Wala, 1 x (RO) Plant in Chowk Qureshi and 1 x (RO) Plant in Main Eid Gah Masjid, Main Bazar, Muzaffargarh. Alhamdo Lillah with the establishment of 5 x (RO) Plants, approximately 2, 00,000 to 3, 00,000 litres clean drinking water is being supplied to hundreds and thousands of families on daily basis. As a result, deadly water bone diseases have been controlled.
